Welcome all sellers and SME’s of 100% Indonesian products! We are here to help you connect with business buyers around the world and make more successful transactions globally via our platform. Before operating your online store in Indonesia Access please take note of the following procedure:

1.  Registration & Sign in

To become a Seller and to have access to your prospective buyers, you need to register and open an account in Indonesia Access. Our platform is specialized in 100% Indonesian made products. If the products you offer are made and produced in Indonesia, please proceed to our registration page.

  • Click button Register as Seller. Enter your email address and fill in your company information.
  • Upload your company’s legal documents (SIUP/TDP, NPWP, NIB), and also read the Terms and Condition before you submit your registration. We have a privacy policy to secure your submitted information also the product listing policy.

  • After submitting, check your mailbox within 24 hours for email confirmation and Seller approval. You can log into the Indonesia Access homepage and manage your account after receiving approval.

2.  Store Management

Start displaying your products in the Seller Page and increase your exposure by using quality pictures of your registered products and your branding. Click the menu on Seller Page and fill in the following information:

Store Setting Store Front Store front is page to manage your store as logo store and cover picture. Make sure you put the picture with good quality. Following are the store field required :

–          Store Name (fill the brand name)

–          Store Description (fill the store important information, store benefit, etc).

Policies You can add your policy from your store such as Shipping policy, Refund policy or Cancelation policy if any.

Here are some tips for your Store Front:

  • Provide product information from different angles (details, history, origins etc)
  • Use images of high-quality and stick to the recommended size,
  • Update your products and store regularly

3.  Post & Manage Products

It’s important and necessary to show and post the photos of your products to start your business. Sufficient product information will help the buyers to find your products easily. Start displaying your products with these steps:

A. Log in to Indonesia Access, click Seller Page, click Manage Product, then click Add Product.

B. Click Add Product, then complete product details ( the fields below are required);

  • Product Name
  • Price (Average Price)
  • Short Description (One sentence or a maximum of 120 characters, highlighting key uniqueness/benefit)
  • Description (Elaborate product information and benefits)
  • Featured Image (This is the priority image. Use the main image of the product here)
  • Gallery Image (Use variant images of the product here)
  • Category & Tags

If you upload more than one product photo, the product photos will be displayed in a slide show on the product detail page.

C. After you submit the product, Indonesia Access will give out an approval within 1×24 hours.

D. If you want to modify the product information, please log in to Indonesia Access, click Seller Page, click Product Manager, click All Product. Then, you can view the status of your products, and click Edit to change product description.

4.  Operate the Store

To operate the store, you need to pay attention to your dashboard and product information such as products ranking.

5.  Update Company Profile

The company profile shows your company’s strengths and track record. It is recommended to update your company profile regularly with the most recent changes and/or updates.

We help you find buyers

Indonesia Access will be attending national and international events to introduce you to potential buyers in the global. The buyer will be able to contact you at the message centre on Indonesia Access, therefore you need to be regularly checking your notifications.

Transaction Tips

You will be notified when a buyer is interested in your product and sends you a message. Contact buyers promptly to negotiate a business deal and do not forget to mention specific details and or requirement of the transaction, if any. Upon reaching a deal, the buyer will proceed and fill in the Pre Order form. Ask the buyer about the destination country and it’s specific regulations and required certifications to help you prepare with the shipment.
