Indonesia@ccess will collect User’s information only when related to personal data entered in the platform. Indonesia@ccess collects information through interactions/ requests/ data entry related to the services the platfrom offers to Users.
Indonesia@ccess collects personally identifiable User information in various ways, which include registration, performing transaction, placing orders, requesting for quotations, etc. Registration of User as Buyer and Seller collects the personal data information as well as including company information. When refering to company information the requested information is:
- Company name
- Company Category
- Contact Person Name
- Contact Person Job Title
- Company address
- Postal Code
- Company Website
In the specific case of Seller, the information and legal documentation requested during registration are: NIB, NPWP, SIUP / TDP.
Personal information collected from Users may be used with the following purposes:
Use data to cross-check Users accounts information, contact /verify and ensure the accuracy of information in relation to the service, if required.
Use User’s personal data information on the platform for research purposes like analysis of demographics, user’s behavior as well as for statistical purposes.
Use User’s information to create tailored marketing tools and / or promotional materials about Indonesia to target that specific segment.
- Indonesia@ccess can use Users’s personal information like email, text, phone number to conact and send newsletters/ notifications from Indonesia@ccess.
Indonesia@ccess will not use User’s personal data information to be sold, distributed or leased to Third Parties except when required by an applicable law in Indonesia.
In circumstances, Indonesia@ccess may need to disclose Personal information of the User, such as when there are sound reasons that such disclosure is necessary to prevent threats, frauds and whem law enforcement is requested. Thus disclosure will happen only for prevention purposes, or to fulfill any applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Indonesia@ccess ensures that all personal information of Users collected is stored in a secure way.
Access to User’s personal data information is limited. Indonesia@ccess follows advances protocolos in security technology in order to prevent unauthorized access to Indonesian@ccess platform.
The request to delete or disable personal/company data information from a user will be done following a protocol of security.
User Passwords are “User electronic signatures” in the form of keywords in order to secure accounts logins. Users are not allowed to share passwords to anyone. User has the responsibility for all actions and consequences taken on behalf of User account. Users are advised to change the password periodically to avoid harmful actions.
